We also explore the Gartner Hype Cycle to learn how to separate buzz from real adoption.

We explore 15+ AI use cases mapped across 5 stages of the talent lifecycle—Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement, Learning, and Performance. You'll also learn about 20+ agentic AI providers across 4 categories and examine 5 case studies from Chipotle, Ubisoft, Cognizant, and more, showcasing how leading companies are using AI in HR today.

Day 3: How to Bring AI into Your Existing HR Systems

This session helps HR teams identify automation-ready tasks using a 3-part framework: Content Creation, Research & Analysis, and Workflow Automation. We also explore integration blueprints with Microsoft 365 Copilot and legacy systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, and Zoho—along with tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

Day 4: Designing an AI Literacy Program for Your Team

The final day focuses on strategy and enablement. You’ll learn how to create a custom AI Literacy roadmap for your HR department, aligning it with your org’s tools, maturity, and risk appetite. We’ll discuss skill gaps, change management, and how to position your team for success in the AI-driven future of HR.
